He has a raft of satisfied customers who come back again and again knowing they can trust his products and services. He says the new showroom, next to Bradbury Bathrooms, has been a burning ambition for the business for a long time and it’s nice to finally get it up and running. And, he’s delighted to say, since the grand opening — performed by former Latics’chief executiveAlan Hardy at the beginning of January — business has boomed.

“Although I’ve been in business in Oldham for many years I’ve never had a main-road location, and the amount of passing trade here has been superb,” said Eddy. “The showroom has been designed to accentuate our products and show what we’re capable of doing, and I think it does that perfectly.

“Everything has been done with consideration, from the underfloor heating — which we leave off in half of the building so customers can experience the benefits of the system — to the interior decor, which we think compliments the fixtures and fittings. “We’re also planning to further develop the outside when the weather gets better to give customers a taste of our outdoor design and building potential.”

The new premises has also signaled expansion for the workforce with a new role in admin already created and more fitters soon to be joining the team. As well as specialising in PVCu products, Leesfield Limited also offers a design-and-build service. From creating that beautiful outdoor space to sunrooms and kitchens, their team of industry experts can open the doors to your heart’s desire. Vicky, the firm’s director, oversees the day-to-day running of the business and offers a warm welcome to existing and potential customers.

She’s also on hand to guide and advise clients when it comes to selecting and installing new features for their home. Eddy’s daughter, Chelsea, has grown up alongside the industry and is now the firm’s experienced sales manager and first port of call. Not only can you see firsthand how a Leesfield conservatory could look on your home, you can also browse through brochures featuring the latest looks in composite, patio and French doors, windows, fascias and soffits, all of which are supplied by the best manufacturers in the industry.

Not only do these investments improve the appearance of your home, they also bring your house up-to-date when it comes to conserving energy, saving on heating bills and helping the environment. When it comes to choosing the right company for the job there’s nothing like personal recommendation. One of Leesfield’s many satisfied customers commented: “I would just like to express my gratitude to the excellent job you carried out on supplying and fitting windows and doors at my work premises and apartments.

Positive feedback

“Eddy understood our need to replicate the exact design and style to retain the character of the building. The total contract was to our exact specifications and within both our budget and time scale. “Leesfield has received many a recommendation from ourselves which I have always received positive feedback from.”

Leesfield Limited is also proud of its lengthy list of contracts within the trade, including local authorities and housing associations. They recently completed the prestigious job of supplying and installing glass for the roof of Manchester’s Arndale Shopping Centre.
